Not at all. Our programmes are designed to welcome people at all stages of their journey — from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Each event clearly states the level it is pitched at, and our facilitators always create space for people wherever they are.

Yes. As a nonprofit we're committed to making our events accessible to everyone. We offer FREE tickets to current & ex-serving members of the Australian Defence Force & Emergency Services, as well as concession pricing for Pensioners and Students.
